Beschreibung:

In src/app/schemas.py Pydantic-Modelle definieren:
ShortenRequest mit Feld url: HttpUrl (oder str + eigene Validierung).
ShortenResponse mit Feld short_url: str.

Akzeptanzkriterien:

Ungültige URLs führen automatisch zu 422/400 Response.
Modelle werden in den Endpoints verwendet.
