Inhalte:
Kurze Architektur-Übersicht (App + PostgreSQL + Docker).
Startanleitung:
Lokal ohne Docker (optional).
Mit Docker: docker compose up --build.

Beispiele:
curl-Beispiel für POST /shorten.
Erklärung, wie die Short-URL aufgebaut ist.

Akzeptanzkriterien:
Eine neue Person kann mit dem README:
Projekt clonen.
Docker starten.
Eine URL kürzen und testen.
